"My Heart, Your Heart, is Our Heart, is One Heart"
HealthRHYTHMS group empowerment drum circle for Wellbeing at IMNF in the Bronx, NY with the theme of creating BALANCE. The participants drummed, listened to each other, shared stories, supported each other and ended by co-creating a drum chant that included the words: "My Heart, Your Heart, is Our Heart, is One Heart!"
