Center for Integrative Medicine, Classes, Greenwich CT March April 2011


It is with joy that I write to tell you that I am teaching some exciting and instructive classes and workshops at the Center for Integrative Medicine of the Greenwich Hospital, starting February 2011.

Let Your Heart Sing Workshop with Suzanne Tribe

Starting with the universal rhythm of the heartbeat we will use our voices, body movement and drums to engage in the art of improvisation in a safe, supportive and fun environment. Medical research shows that as we reclaim our innate musical intelligence, we awaken new areas of creativity, self-confidence, vitality and brain function. Introduction to Shamanic Healing with Suzanne Tribe

Shamanism - a path to freedom of perception - finding your own voice in community and in harmony with the elements.
This course will integrate various shamanic healing practices including the work of Carlos Castaneda. It is both experiential and informational and will teach practical techniques to move between states of consciousness in order to expand our awareness and bring about transformation for ourselves, others and the planet. 
Learn to move through repetitive patterns that hold you back and experience practical ways to bring more joy, freedom, self-expression and vitality into your life. Live your life to the fullest! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and pen. Saturdays 10am-1pm

Drumming and Movement for Well-Being with Suzanne Tribe

Join us for drumming and rhythmic entrainment, discover your own creative expression, one beat at a time - in a safe, supportive and joyful environment. Share your spirit and celebrate life through rhythm and movement as you connect with others and become a community of co-creators. Drums and percussion provided or bring your own.
